Is Lifted really free?
Yes. Every core feature — splits, logging, rest timer, lift log, exercise library, social — is free. Short ads between exercises keep it that way. Premium removes ads if you prefer.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Lifted is local-first: workouts are stored on-device with SQLite and sync to the cloud when you have signal. Log lifts in the basement gym with no service.
Which platforms are supported?
iOS 13+ and Android 7+. The same account syncs across both.
Will my data be sold?
No. We do not sell user data. You own your workouts. Account deletion is one tap and removes everything from our servers.
Does it integrate with Apple Health or Google Fit?
Yes. Workouts can be written to Apple Health (HealthKit) and Android Health Connect so your training shows up alongside the rest of your fitness data.
Can I import data from another app?
CSV import is on the roadmap. For now, you can build your splits manually in seconds.
